Error: GPF occurs when the Properties button in the print...due to printer name.

Error:

GPF occurs when the Properties button in the print dialog box is selected.

Cause:

The general protection fault occurs when the printer name contains the word 'on' or ends with a double quote.

Solution:

Use the Print Manager icon in Windows NT 3.51 to rename the printer.
NOTE: This problem ONLY occurs when running Microsoft Word for Windows 95 with Windows NT 3.51.
